Summer Lessons

  1. If students want to enroll for the Fall semester, they must take six (6) lessons during Summer break.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

  1. If you cannot attend your scheduled class, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule for a make-up date at no additional charge. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance), non-emergency cancellations, and ‘no shows’ will not be rescheduled/refund.
  2. If you are late to your scheduled class, you will not be allowed extra time due to the next student. If I am late, you will receive the amount of time I missed.
  3. Because the studio is fully booked, a student who misses more than three classes is not guaranteed the original time slot upon return.
  4. Parents should notify me at least two weeks in advance of any planned vacation.
  5. There are two (2) make-up lessons that would be allowed per semester.
  6. If you are experiencing any fever or cough, please cancel the lesson in advance. Last-minute cancellation would not provide a make-up lesson.
  7. If you cancel or do not make it to the scheduled make-up lesson, there will not be another make-up session for that specific lesson.
  8. If a student fails, is unable, or refuses to follow my instructions or complete an assignment, I cannot guarantee the quality and outcome of the session. I do not tolerate an impassionate attitude toward learning in my studio; I put my all into every session, and students are expected to do the same. If I conclude that the continuance of teaching a student would be a waste of my passion and time, my only option is to terminate the relationship.
